Victoria Lui is an associate at Baker & Patterson, L.L.P. Her practice focuses on premises liability, products liability, workers’ compensation, toxic torts, and other personal injury cases. She has also represented clients in civil lawsuits related to landlord-tenant issues, commercial construction issues, and general contractor and subcontractor disputes.
Prior to becoming licensed to practice law, she served as a law clerk to the United States Attorney’s Office (Narcotics Division) and interned for the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office (Domestic Violence Division, Juvenile Division, and Justice of the Peace/Traffic Court Division), where she tried bench and jury trials with a temporary trial card.
Raised in the Houston area, Victoria graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and pursued a law degree from South Texas College of Law, where she participated in Trial and Appellate Advocacy and served as an officer to the South Texas Hunting and Rifle Association. She was also selected for inclusion in Texas Lawyers as among the youngest to graduate a Texas law school.
