A native Houstonian, Kenneth C. “K.C.” specializes in the areas of personal injury litigation including toxic torts, oil field accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, deceptive trade practices, and workers’ compensation. Mr. Baker has represented clients in civil lawsuits involving defamation, employment discrimination and insurance bad faith.

His practice is concentrated on the defense of toxic torts, including claims related to exposure to asbestos, silica, benzene and other chemicals. Additionally, Mr. Baker has been extensively involved in environmental litigation, particularly the defense of claims associated with leaking underground storage tanks. In both state and federal courts, from discovery through trial and appeal, Mr. Baker has worked in all phases of litigation.
